We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your package. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all AuraLens packaging included.
Email customerservice@auralens.co.za with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization.
You can drop your package at any PostNet or we can arrange a collection via The Courier Guy (Standard R150 fee applies for change-of-mind returns).
Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an AuraLens Store Credit (which includes a R50 bonus voucher!).
